FAQ

Canada-Wide Shipping

I currently only ship Canada-wide using Canada Post.

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days before shipment. Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) will be sent. Delivery timelines are estimated by Canada Post and may vary depending on destination, weather, and seasonal shipping volumes.

US Shipping

I'll be expanding to offer international shipping to the US for upcoming drops.

U.S. orders may be subject to applicable duties, tariffs, taxes or other import fees. These charges are determined by U.S. customs regulations and are outside of my control. While there should not be any duties or tarriffs, any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from my studio in Midtown Toronto, near Yonge and Eglinton.

After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your pick up date and time. Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase. If you're unable to pick up your order within this window, please get in touch to make alternative arrangements.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of Sort Of Ceramics, each piece will have slight variations in shape, colour, glaze and finish. These variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece one-of-a-kind.

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges and change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged Pieces/Order Issues

If your piece arrives damaged or you have any issues with your order, please get in touch through the contact form below or email sortofceramics@hotmail.com.

Handwash Recommended

All Sort Of Ceramics pieces are made to be used, not just admired. All pieces have been tested in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended to keep your ceramics looking their best for years to come.
