Thank you for supporting Sort Of Ceramics. Every piece is handmade in small batches and carefully packed to help ensure it arrives to it's new home safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days before shipment. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If any unexpected delays arise, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping

At this time, Sort Of Ceramics ships within Canada only using Canada Post.

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) will be sent. Delivery timelines are estimated by Canada Post and may vary depending on destination, weather, and seasonal shipping volumes.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure ceramics arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is outside of our control. While we are always happy to assist with tracking or shipping inquiries, Sort Of Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Sort Of Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an error is noticed after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
