Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery/pick up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make everything right.

Refunds
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Given the handmade and small-batch nature of our ceramic pieces, all pieces will have a degree of variation, and that is part of what makes them one-of-a-kind.

Cancellations
You can cancel your unfulfilled order for up to 24 hours. After 24 hours / once the order has been marked as fulfilled, there are no cancellations.
